Ingredients:
2 cans (15-oz each) tamales, corn shucks removed
1 can (15-oz) chili with beans
1 teaspoon dried onion
1 can (12-oz) corn, undrained
1 can (2 3/4-oz) sliced olives, drained
1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
1/4 cup bottled process cheese sauce, melted
Directions:
1. Place the tamales in the bottom of a greased 2-quart casserole.
2. Mix the chili, onion, corn, and olives.
3. Pour over the tamales.
4. Top with crushed chips.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
6. Pour cheese sauce over the top before serving.
