Atrichoke Dip

Serves: 3 cups
Recipe By: Pantry Cooking

Ingredients:

1 can (14-oz) artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Directions:

1. Mash artichokes and mix in mayonnaise and cheese.
2. Pour into a small casserole or oven proof bowl.
3. Sprinkle paprika on top.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
