Mexican Pinwheels

Recipe By: Pantry Cooking

Ingredients:

1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1 cup chunky salsa, drained
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped black olives
8 large flour tortillas

Directions:

1. Thoroughly mix refried beans, salsa, and olives.
2. Spread evenly on the tortillas to within 1/4 inch of the edge.
3. Roll up the tortillas.
4. Cover and chill several hours or overnight until firm.
5. Slice into 1/2-inch slices to serve.
