Ingredients:
2 cans (15-oz each) chili (with or without beans), heated through
4 cups broken tortilla chips or corn chips
1 cup bottle process cheese sauce, heated and divided
Directions:
1. In a greased 2 quart casserole, layer the ingredients in the following order: 1 can chili, chips, 1/2 cup cheese, 1 can chili.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
3. Pour the remaining cheese over the top and bake an additional 5 minutes.
VARIATION: Use shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese instead of bottle cheese sauce. Use 1 cup inside and 1/2 cup on top.
