Food Storage Fudge

Recipe By: Betty Crocker
Start-to-Finish: 2.5 hours

Ingredients:

1 can (14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 bag semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 square (1-oz) unsweetened baking chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Directions:

1. Grease bottom and sides of 8x8 pan with shortening or line with aluminum foil.
2. Heat sweetened condensed milk and chocolate in saucepan over low-medium heat.
3. Stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and smooth.
4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts, optional.
5. Refrigerate about 1.5 to 2 hours until firm.
