Ham and Potato Bake

Serves: 3-4
Recipe By: Pantry Cooking II

Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4-oz) cheddar cheese soup
1 cup HOT water
1 cup dehydrated potatoes
1 can (5-oz) chunk ham, drained and shredded

Directions:

1. Mix soup and water.
2. Add potatoes and ham.
3. Pour into a 1.5 qt casserole dish. (If doubling use 2 qt casserole dish)
4. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. (If doubling bake for 45 minutes)
5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Variations:

TUNA:  1 can (10 3/4-oz) cream of mushroom soup; 1 can (6-oz) tuna, drained and flaked
TURKEY:  1 can (10 3/4-oz) cream of celery soup; 1 can (5-oz) turkey, drained and flaked
CHICKEN:  1 can (10 3/4-oz) cream of chicken soup; 1 can (5-oz) chicken, drained and flaked
